Chef Cassy Jones is a talented personal chef and caterer in Dallas who loves to create traditional southern dishes with a modern twist. Her cooking represents a blend of her country roots and her urban influences; she loves to try new recipes as well as updating original recipes to her taste and style. A graduate of the Culinary Business Academy, she has been cooking for over twenty-five years. An active member of the United States Personal Chef Association, she shares her love through cooking with Dallas families between her catering events. She has previously done demos for the Food Revolution Day and the Taste of Dallas. Chef Cassy is also a food vendor in the State Fair of Texas specializing in deep fried southern dishes. She has been featured in the Dallas Eater article “The Best Thing You Didn’t Eat at the State Fair of Texas” and in Jerri Lee Georges Cater$avvy “Secrets of the Trade Revealed.” Cassy has always had a love for cooking and believes you can show love through food.
